We work with a small number of clients, crafting bespoke coaching solutions to cut  through the noise, end the inconsistency, and break cycles of injury.

 

We prescribe training underpinned by research, tailored through decades of performance sport and health care experience, translated to the language of getting you consistently running at your best.

For me, sport isn't just about peak performance, it's a lifestyle choice. Competing in cycling and running events for over 20 years, I have achieved international representation in both sports. Living and racing in France and Italy for 4 years as a cyclist, before taking up running whilst at university. 

I have over 7 years experience working as a Physiotherapist in the NHS, across diverse clinical settings. I apply broad clinical expertise with real world performance insights to give you an advantage. 

I've done the hard yards to offer premium support in keeping you injury-free, and building long-term resilience, supporting confident recovery, consistent training, and sustainable progress in both sport and everyday life.

I'm also an experienced performance coach, and current MBA candidate at the University of Bradford

Our approach is completely bespoke. An initial, no pressure consultation will start to build a coaching approach tailored to you. I'll do an in depth analysis of where you are now, how you got there, and where you want to be - creating objective, collaborative goals and an expert guided training plan to get there.

No two clients are the same, and neither is their training plan. These services are meant to be a guide - book a call to discuss a service to meet your needs.  All our input is designed to build autonomy,  by increasing your confidence and knowledge around your training choices.

Monthly RunGevity Package 

£150//Month

- A supportive, efficient, and objective approach to building your most consistent and highest performing self. 

- Fully adaptive TrainingPeaks plan tailored to your training cycles and goals and other life commitments, including baseline testing.

- Collaborative goals setting

- Weekly plan adjustments of your daily training to keep you on track

- Message support anytime

- All key sessions analysed and fed back as required

- Monthly review call for in depth analysis, education and on going goals adaptation

- Race day guidance and planning

- Support, guidance and mentorship so that you gain a solid grasp on why you are doing each type of session.

Consultation

£100

Offers you the opportunity to have an in-depth review of your training, and collaboratively build methods to make the most of your inputs.

- Perhaps you want to ensure your training is built on the science

- Perhaps you've plateaued and aren't sure why?

- Maybe you have a big event focus for this year and want direction without the intensity of a coaching package.

-Perhaps the work/ training balance is difficult ?

- Pre-consultation, I'll ask for all your training data, information about the problems you want eyes on, and the goals you want to work towards. 

- We'll then have a video call to discuss the information sent, get more context, and provide advice, recommendations, as well as a write up with any further resources such as exercises, articles, and key sessions 

RunGevity performance package

£200//Month

- Includes all the offerings of the monthly RunGevity package 

- Intended for those coming back from injury, or who would prefer a greater intensity of mentorship and guidance.

- Included Physiotherapy assessed and guided return to running program built into your training plan.

- Increased frequency of 1:1 calls and messaging service to ensure a safe and efficient return to training
